Daniel Blan's Legal Documents


This is a site for information on Daniel Blan!

I will be adding all his legal papers, transcripts etc.

 Daniel Blan was wrongfully convicted for the murder of his adoptive father Michael Bernos in the state of Alabama. He was sentenced to life without parole and as of now he has served over 21 years. 

We are currently trying to get Daniels case back into court. Based on new evidence that we can not disclose on this blog. As soon as we can we will add all information.

Our church video taped Daniel Blan in Prison

 Video showing Daniel in Church


Our church does the Sunday sermon at the prison Daniel is in. They video taped a service where 10 men were baptized. For a few seconds you can see Daniel. His daughters watched over and over since they can not go see him at prison.
